Western Storage started in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada on June 2, 1970 as Western Transport Ltd. with 10 storage rental trailers.  It has grown over the years and we now have facilities in every major Western Canadian centre.  We are now able to offer storage vans ranging in sizes from 27' to 53', semi-trailer vans, and 20', 40' and 48' shipping containers (sea cans).

Our success and growth has been attributed largely as a result of our absolute commitment to customer service.  At Western Storage, we are able to help solve storage over-flow problems for both short and long term requirements.  This is the foundation of our business.  Identifying our customer's storage needs and meeting their requirements and expectations is our mission.  We are also able to supply transportation in major cities and in the suburban areas so trailers can be placed when and where our customers require them.

As Western Storage has grown, we can now offer both customer-site storage or allow our customers to store their loaded trailers at our facilities for maximum flexibility and convenience.  With our commitment to customer care, we look forward to continued growth.

In May 2004, a new company called Western Storage was formed to reflect our business strategy.  We now offer a wide array of different storage solutions to address customer's individual needs.
